Our development and delivery processes – right through from analysis to implementation – is centred on quality and value. We follow structured test routines throughout the build phase to ensure this quality.

We focus on risk management and mitigation to ensure timely delivery. Frequent iterative reviews with key sponsors ensure that we remain aligned to expectations and requirements.

We can project manage the full development lifecycle and deployment across your business. We charge on either a fixed cost commitment, once requirements are fully known, or if preferred on a T&M basis.

Implementation

Once an application has been built, tested and put through user acceptance we will deploy it into a production environment. For many of our projects this means a global rollout. More often than not, we will also handle data migration and security set up.

We perform stringent post implementation tests to ensure that migration has been successful and expected performance levels are met.

Deployments are fully supported during the rollout phase and where required accompanied by a training programme.
