At a meeting held on 16 April 2013 the EU Parliament approved CRR and CRD IV.
This is the first step on the 16 week journey before final templates and Data Point Models are approved. The next step is for this to be approval by Council of Ministers.
It now seems certain that COREP will need to be implemented for 1 January 2014 along with FINREP.
