For the end user

The Microsoft suite of Business Intelligence tools integrates seamlessly into Microsoft Office, providing ends users with familiar, easy to use functionality with no or minimal training.

The graphically enriched dashboard and reporting is delivered via PerformancePoint Services, which is part of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. A tool with which, following a basic introduction, users can build their own highly graphical and intuitive dashboards.

Under the covers

The data warehouse, residing on a SQL Server database, has been designed for data consistency and high performance.

Standard ETL tools are provided for the extract and load of data from your front and back office systems, into the SAMI data warehouse.
